PrimeTeach substitutes are offered multiple career paths from casual irregular work up to full-time employment. We also offer opportunities to make subbing a profession.
How do you vett subs?
We are passionate about effective teachers! It is our silent mission to reinvigorate teachers' passion and dedication so we know top talent when we see it! We deeply vet, train, and get to really know our subs so that they love providing their best work. We offer to mentor and provide mandatory professional development in accordance with the Minimum Standards and requirements.
What about background checks?
We work closely with the Texas Health and Human Services department, so all of our substitutes undergo a mandatory background check which is provided to you as soon as you reserve your sub, and when they arrive at your center along will all of the necessary documentation just in case you get a surprise visit from licensing.
